Résumé

Cet article propose la didactique professionnelle comme modèle structurant pour favoriser le développement de champs de recherche cohérents et interdisciplinaires à l’Université Libanaise. À partir de l’exemple de la Faculté de pédagogie, il analyse les dynamiques actuelles de formation universitaire et de recherche, tout en soulignant la nécessité d’ancrer les travaux scientifiques dans les réalités du travail. La didactique professionnelle, développée en France à partir des travaux de Pierre Pastré et Gérard Vergnaud, offre un cadre théorique pertinent. Elle articule les concepts fondamentaux de la didactique des disciplines, les spécificités des différentes spécialités et l’analyse des situations de travail.

L’article soulève deux questions principales : comment les centres de recherche libanais peuvent-ils produire des savoirs construits s’ils ne développent pas des axes de recherche structurés et une vision stratégique ? Et en quoi l’interdisciplinarité, fondée sur l’analyse du travail et les concepts issus des didactiques disciplinaires, permet-elle de dépasser la dispersion actuelle des recherches ?

Pour y répondre, une méthodologie mixte combinant questionnaires, entretiens et analyse documentaire a été mobilisée. L’étude montre que la structuration collective de la recherche, ancrée dans des situations professionnelles significatives, constitue une voie nécessaire pour répondre aux exigences du marché du travail tout en soutenant la production scientifique de qualité au sein de l’Université Libanaise.

Abstract

For Interdisciplinary Research Fields: Articulating Specialties and Research Through the Lens of Professional Didactics

Professional didactics, a scientific research approach developed in France following the foundational encounter between Pierre Pastré and Gérard Vergnaud around a project in 1996, is based on the integration of key concepts from disciplinary didactics into theories specific to various fields, as well as on the analysis of work across diverse professional practices.

This study addresses two central questions: (1) How can Lebanese research centers produce robust and fundamental knowledge if they do not develop coherent research axes and a strategic research vision? (2) How can interdisciplinarity—grounded in the analysis of work situations and informed by disciplinary didactics—overcome the current dispersion of research activities and foster the emergence of structured research agendas?

To answer these questions, the study adopts a mixed-methods approach (including questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis) and draws on a review of the evolution of the field of professional didactics. This field offers promising insights for the development of research agendas that are both responsive to the demands of the labor market and aligned with the scholarly needs of researchers at the Lebanese University.

الملخص:

يقترح هذا البحث اعتماد الديداكتيك المهني كنموذج منهجي بنائي اجتماعي يُسهم في تطوير بنية بحثية متماسكة ومتعددة التخصصات ضمن الجامعة اللبنانية. وانطلاقًا من التجربة الفرنسية التي أرساها بيار باستري وجيرار فيرغنو منذ 1996، تُبرز الدراسة أهمية هذا التيار في الربط بين المعرفة العلمية الجامعية والممارسات المهنية، في تحليل النشاط المهني للإنسان استجابةً لحاجات سوق العمل.

يرتكز الديداكتيك في المهن على دمج مفاهيم الديداكتيك التخصصي ضمن نظريات مستمدة من مجالات معرفية متنوعة، مع اعتماد تحليل وضعيات العمل ونشاطات الفاعلين المهنيين لفهم عمليات التعلّم والتكوين في السياقات الواقعية.

تتناول الدراسة إشكاليتين:

1. كيف يمكن لمراكز البحث في الجامعة اللبنانية أن تُنتج معرفة علمية راسخة دون تبنّي استراتيجية بحثية واضحة ومحاور متعددة التخصصات؟
2. إلى أي مدى تتيح المقاربة البينية، المرتكزة على تحليل الوضعيات المهنية المركبة ومفاهيم الديداكتيك المهني، تجاوز التشتت الحالي وتأسيس حقول بحثية منسقة؟

اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية مختلطة (استبيانات، مقابلات، تحليل وثائقي)، وسعت إلى تتبّع تطور هذا التيار في ضوء التجربة الفرنسية. وتُبرز النتائج أن ربط البحث الجامعي بالواقع المهني يُعدّ مدخلًا فعّالًا لتجديد البحث وتعزيز صلته بحاجات الجامعة وسوق العمل المستدام.
