ملخص:
هذا البحث النوعي يندرج ضمن إطار الأنتروبولوجيا الثقافية وأنتروبولوجيا الجسد، وهو محاولة لرصد التحديات التي واجهت الجسد الأنثوي في ظل أزمة النزوح نتيجة العدوان الصهيوني على لبنان في الربع الأخير من العام 2024 وما نتج عنه من تداعيات، خصوصاً لجهة السكن المشترك لعدة أسر في حيّز مكاني ضيق. فقد تناول البحث واقع هذا الجسد الذي أصبح مراقباً من “الأجانب” قبل بالمعنى الشرعي، كيف تعامل هذا الجسد الأنثوي مع تلك التحديات الطارئة التي فرضت عليه ضمن دورة الحياة اليومية وظروف لم يعايشها من قبل، كذلك كيف تكيّف هذا الجسد مع مفهومي العيب والحرام وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الوضع الجديد قد خلق مشكلة اجتماعية لا يمكن تخطيها ضمن مفهوم الحرام ضمن المعنى الشرعي مع ليونة أكثر ضمن مفهوم العيب ذو البعد الإجتماعي.
وقد خرج البحث بتوصيات نجدها ضرورية لمعالجة هذه المشكلة الاجتماعية التي تأخذ الطابع الهوياتي فيما يتعلق بالجسد الأنثوي.

Abstract:
This qualitative research falls within the framework of cultural anthropology and the anthropology of the body. It attempts to monitor the challenges facing the female body in light of the displacement crisis resulting from the Zionist aggression on Lebanon in the last quarter of 2024 and its resulting repercussions ،particularly in terms of shared housing for several families in a narrow space. The research addresses the reality of this body ،which has become subject to surveillance by “foreigners” in the legal sense ،how did this female body deal with these urgent challenges that forced it to combine the daily life cycle with conditions it had never experienced in its primary residence before?
Likewise ،how did this body adapt to the concepts of shame and forbiddenness? The research concluded that the new situation created a social problem that could not be overcome within the concept of forbiddenness within the legal sense ،with greater flexibility within the concept of shame with a social dimension.
The research came up with recommendations that we find necessary to address this social problem that takes on an identitybased nature with regard to the female body.
