ملخص البحث :
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع المصالح الاقتصادية وأثرها في تشكيل وتوجيه العلاقات بين تركيا ومصر خلال الفترة من عام 2002 وحتى عام 2010، وهي فترة شهدت تغيرات جوهرية في سياسات تركيا الخارجية عقب تولي حزب العدالة والتنمية الحكم، وكذلك فترة استقرار نسبي في السياسات المصرية في عهد الرئيس الأسبق محمد حسني مبارك.
يسعى البحث إلى استكشاف كيف ساهمت المصالح الاقتصادية – وخاصة في مجالات التجارة، الاستثمار، والصناعة – في تقوية الروابط بين الدولتين، مع التركيز على ما إذا كانت هذه المصالح كافية لتجاوز التباينات السياسية أو الأيديولوجية التي كانت موجودة بين الطرفين.
كما يسلط الضوء على مراحل تطور العلاقات الاقتصادية، بدءًا من توقيع اتفاقيات التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي، وحتى ازدهار حجم التبادل التجاري بين الجانبين، وتحول تركيا إلى واحدة من أكبر شركاء مصر الاقتصاديين في تلك الفترة.
ويعتمد البحث على منهج وصفي تحليلي، مدعومًا بالبيانات الاقتصادية والإحصاءات التجارية والمواقف السياسية المعلنة، بهدف تقديم قراءة علمية متكاملة للعلاقات التركية – المصرية من المنظور الاقتصادي..

Abstract
This research examines economic interests and their impact on shaping and directing relations between Turkey and Egypt during the period from 2002 to 2010. This period witnessed fundamental changes in Turkey’s foreign policy following the Justice and Development Party’s rise to power, as well as a period of relative stability in Egyptian politics under former President Hosni Mubarak.
The research seeks to explore how economic interests—particularly in the areas of trade, investment, and industry—contributed to strengthening ties between the two countries, focusing on whether these interests were sufficient to overcome the political or ideological differences that existed between the two parties.
It also highlights the stages of development of economic relations, from the signing of trade and economic cooperation agreements to the boom in trade between the two sides, with Turkey becoming one of Egypt’s largest economic partners during this period.
The research adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, supported by economic data, trade statistics, and declared political positions, with the aim of providing a comprehensive, scientific reading of Turkish-Egyptian relations from an economic perspective. The research also offers recommendations on how to reactivate economic interests as a means of strengthening relations between the two countries in the future.
