ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث الحالي الى اكتشاف دور الإدارة التربوية في تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة للتعلّم، حيث اتجهت الباحثة لتحقيق اهداف البحث الى اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الكمي في دراسة بيانات استمارة الاستبانة التي تألفت من (17) فقرة وزعّت على عينة قصدية مؤلفة من (15) مستجيبًا من (مدير مدرسة، مساعد مدير، ومشرف تربوي)، وقد بيّنت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية إيجابية عالية بين دور الإدارة التربوية في تعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة للتعلم، وبناءا عليه تمّ التوصل الى مجموعة من التوصيات:
الاهتمام أكثر بمختلف حاجات المتعلّمين خاصة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لزيادة قدرتهم على الإنسجام في المجتمع وتحقيق تطلعاتهم المستقبليّة العلميّة والعمليّة.
الاهتمام اكثر بالجانب النفسي للمتعلّمين ومعالجة المشكلات التي تؤثر سلبًا عليهم (التوتر، العنف، حدة اليأس، الإحباط،… الخ) وكذلك بمساعدة الأهل والمشرف الاجتماعي والنفسي اذا لزم الامر.
الاهتمام أكثر بالأنشطة، الندوات، والمشاركة بالمشاريع ذات الطابع الاجتماعي التي تعزز الشعور بالانتماء للوطن والمجتمع.

Abstract:
The current research aims to discover the role of the educational administration in promoting a safe working environment for learning, where the researcher went to achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the quantitative analytical descriptive method in studying the data of the questionnaire form, which consisted of (17) paragraphs distributed to a purposive sample of (15) respondents (school principal, assistant principal, and educational supervisor), and accordingly it was reached that there is a high positive statistical significance correlation between the role of the educational administration in promoting a safe working environment for learning, and based on the results, a set of recommendations were reached:
Pay more attention to the various needs of students, especially those with special needs, to increase their ability to integrate into society and achieve their future scientific and practical aspirations.
Pay more attention to the psychological aspect of students and address the issues that negatively affect students and address them to alleviate the severity of (stress, violence, despair and frustration, etc.) as well as with the help of parents and the social and psychological supervisor if necessary.
Pay more attention to activities, seminars, and participation in projects of a social nature that enhance the sense of belonging to the homeland and the community.
