الملخص :
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع التعلم التعاوني كأحد أساليب استراتيجيات التعلم النشط، حيث يتم تقسيم الطلاب إلى مجموعات صغيرة ذات قدرات متنوعة، للعمل معًا لتحقيق أهداف مشتركة. يناقش البحث فوائد هذا الأسلوب بالنسبة للمتعلمين والمعلمين على حد سواء.
فمن جهة المتعلم، يساهم التعلم التعاوني في تعزيز التواصل الاجتماعي، ويتيح الفرصة للطلاب لشعور بالنجاح، ويشجع على استعراض وجهات النظر المتنوعة. كما يسهم في تحسين التحصيل الأكاديمي وتقبل التنوع. أما بالنسبة للمعلم، فهويصبح مرشدًا وموجهًا بدلًا من مصدر المعلومات الوحيد، ويساعد في تنويع أساليب التدريس والتقويم.
البحث يناقش في الجانب الآخر، معوقات تطبيق التعلم التعاوني، مثل سوء الفهم حول هذا الأسلوب، وغياب المسؤولية الجماعية، ورفض بعض المربين لفكرة العمل الجماعي. كما يتم تقديم توصيات لتعزيز تطبيق هذا الأسلوب، مثل تشجيع مديري المدارس على تبني التعلم التعاوني، وتدريب المعلمين في كليات التربية على استخدامه، وشراك أولياء الأمور في العملية التعليمية.

Summary:
This research addresses the topic of cooperative learning as an active learning method, where students are divided into small groups with varying abilities to work together toward achieving common goals. The paper discusses the benefits of this method for both learners and teachers.
For learners, cooperative learning enhances social communication, allows students to feel a sense of success, and encourages the exchange of diverse perspectives.
It also contributes to improving academic achievement and accepting diversity. For teachers, it shifts their role to that of a guide and facilitator, while helping to diversify teaching and assessment methods.
On the other hand, the research highlights the barriers to applying cooperative learning, such as misconceptions about the method, lack of collective responsibility, and resistance from some educators to group work. Recommendations are provided to enhance the implementation of this method, including encouraging school principals to adopt cooperative learning, training teachers in teacher preparation colleges, and involving parents in the educational process.
