Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

This study examines the relationship between principals\u2019 instructional leadership and teacher self-efficacy within the Lebanese educational context. Given the critical role of school heads in driving institutional effectiveness and teacher performance, this research investigates whether instructional leadership serves as a significant predictor of teacher confidence. Utilizing an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, data were collected from a convenience sample of 130 PreK-12 teachers across Lebanon. Quantitative data were gathered via the Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS) and the Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (TSES), analyzed through IBM SPSS utilizing descriptive statistics, Pearson r correlation, and simple linear regression. Findings indicate that Lebanese principals demonstrate a moderate level of instructional leadership (M=3.11,SD=0.95), whereas teachers report high levels of self-efficacy (M=4.01,SD=0.72). A statistically significant, moderate positive correlation was identified between the two constructs (r=0.318,p<0.05). Regression analysis confirmed that instructional leadership significantly predicts teacher efficacy (\u03b2=0.241,p=0.000), accounting for approximately 10.1% of the variance. Qualitative thematic analysis validated these findings, revealing that while teachers are predominantly self-motivated, their efficacy is further bolstered by targeted pedagogical support and professional guidance. This study underscores the urgent need for formalized leadership training and criteria-driven hiring to enhance educational outcomes in Lebanon.<\/p>\n
